Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Australia
We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by 1 to 2 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit times are:

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days
(This includes processing time plus transit time for the the US and Australia).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or service disruptions.
Shipping Carriers
We work with major carriers in each region to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx in the United States, and Australia Post and CouriersPlease in Australia.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional handling fees.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes in eligible regions. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received, please contact the carrier first for assistance. MotionFort is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. We will help customers file a claim with the carrier when possible.
Order Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. If you need to update your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@motionfort.com and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
