Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled at no cost before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@motionfort.com. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return after delivery according to the return policy below.

Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories
  • A proof of purchase is required such as an order number or receipt

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used items that cannot be resold
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or personal handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@motionfort.com. Include photos or video of the issue. We will review your claim and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Exchange for the correct product
  • Full refund

MotionFort will cover return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items damaged by the customer

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at support@motionfort.com.
